Returns

Qualifying items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at help@shoplilyandco.com with your order number or proof of purchase.

Because many of our items are made-to-order and customized on demand, exchanges are generally the only option. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
