1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shoplilyandco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Lilyanna & Co. Boutique, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.

3. Products & Made-to-Order Customization

All products sold on the Site — including tees, totes, and sweatshirts — are made to order. Colors, print placement, and product appearance may vary slightly from what's shown on screen due to display differences and the nature of print production. We do our best to represent every product accurately, but exact matches to on-screen images aren't guaranteed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you will be refunded for that order.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellation or change requests before production has started. Contact us as soon as possible at lilyannacoboutique@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

6. Shipping

We ship to addresses throughout the United States. Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. Please see our full Refund Policy for details, including our process for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and content on the Site are the property of Lilyanna & Co. Boutique, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any ownership of the underlying design to you.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, to copy or scrape our content, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

10. Third-Party Sites & Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, including our Whatnot store and social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party platforms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lilyanna & Co. Boutique, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where an order is shipped.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
